Your own accounts - not included in the price
For three services, you connect Easly to your own accounts. The contracts and costs stay with you, and we don't earn anything on them.
- Email: Microsoft 365 or any mailbox with SMTP and IMAP (e.g. Infomaniak, Hostpoint, Gmail). You probably have one already.
- AI (optional): your own access to Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) with an API key and credit, billed directly by the provider. A subscription such as ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro is not enough. Without AI, you enter receipts by hand.
- Swiss Post: your business customer account for the Swiss Post API, for labels and tracking. Only needed if you ship parcels.

Cancel without hassle
The monthly plan can be canceled effective at the end of any month, the annual plan effective at the end of the subscription year. After that, your data stays readable for another 30 days so you can export everything; then it is deleted.

Is there a cost per module or per feature?
No. Easly is a single package with all features. There is no setup fee and there are no paid add-ons.

No. Instead, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies: if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, we refund the full amount.
How do I pay?
With PayPal or card when you order on it-sb.ch. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

What does the AI analysis of receipts cost?
The provider - Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) - bills you directly, based on actual usage through your own API key with prepaid credit; it's usually a few cents (Rappen) per receipt. A subscription such as ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro does not include API access. Without AI, you enter receipts by hand.
Can I add several users?
At the moment, each instance comes with one administrator account. If you need more, get in touch with us.
